Confirmed reservations will have a cancellation policy as follows:
1. Cancellations or changes received 30 days before the start of services will incur a penalty of the first night's accommodation.
2. Cancellations or changes received between 15 days and 1 week before the travel date for bookings of 2 nights onwards will have the following penalties.
- 15 days before having a charge of 50% of the total value of the property or service.
- 7 days before having a charge of 75% of the total value of the property or service.
- 3 days before it is charged 85% of the total value of the property or service.
- 1 day before you have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the property or service.
3. Cancellations or changes received between 10 days and 1 day before the travel date for bookings of 1 night stay will be charged 100% of total booking value.
4. In case of cancellation penalty not to generate 10% of the reserve as administrative expenses of the agency will be charged.
Reservation requests that for reasons beyond our company are not available, we will offer the customer an alternative to the requested service and in case of not finding a satisfactory one we will proceed to refund the payment of the reservation in the usual terms of our refunds.
In cases of reservations made by our online payment platforms, the percentage corresponding to the service these platforms will not be reimbursed.
Refunds of accommodation applies in accordance with the terms of cancellation policies.
1. Once started the trip, the services included in the holiday plan and unused non-refundable. Unless the cancellation is verified by illness duly certified by the EPS, foreign medical certificate or death of the passenger.
2. Refunds will be effective within 30 days after termination of service.
